Purchasing a car from Jeff Wyler has been an absolutely horrible experience. I initially purchased a 2022 Kicks. I felt there were problems with the vehicle including jerking forward when braking. I had the car for one month and didn't qualify for buy back so I had no other option than to trade it in. They claimed that the vehicle depreciated $2,000. It had a little over 700 miles on it. Apparently they found nothing wrong with the vehicle because it was advertised online thousands of dollars more than I initially purchased it for. I traded it in for a 2022 Rouge. The sticker price on the Rogue was $32,835, but the cash price listed in the contract was $36,770 (which I was charged). This price was prior to ANY processing, title, license fee etc... I asked for an explanation several times and did not receive a clear one. I also felt pressured to finance what was owed on the Rogue. I did so but made the decision to pay it off when I received my first statement. Aside from interest there was over $600 that I was responsible for. I was given a pay off date which was good for only five days after I received the statement, not nearly enough time for processing. I have never felt so overwhelmed and frustrated. I feel I was swindled out of thousands of dollars. I contacted corporate to express my concerns and to get an explanation, but was talked over and transferred multiple times. One customer service rep I talked to was extremely rude and transferred me while I was still speaking. I partially blame myself for trusting Jeff Wyler automotive "family". In addition, I have NEVER had such issues when purchasing other non Nissan vehicles from different dealerships. I would highly recommend choosing a different automotive group and read the fine print of your contract very, very carefully.

If it is in service ask for the service director. If it is in the body shop, ask for the body shop director. If all else fails, ask for the General Manager.
MR Snider, Jeff Wylers son David Wyler is still very involed in our day to day operations. He is also still doing commercials.
