Incredible place with crystal clear water, a friendly conservation staff, and wildlife sightings found nowhere else in this area of the country. My favorite place in the entire Midwest. Thankfully, the low volume of visitors keeps it pristine.

Passes are issued only to households within the Indian Hill water district. You can also enter as a guest with a pass holder.
You have to have Indian Hill Water/Sewer in order to use the facilities. If you do have Indian Hill Water go to the water office on Drake Road and they will give you a key. No fishing license is required. 🚣♂️🎣🐟
I believe they have a lottery that you enter into but I personally have not pursued that so I cannot give you the details off the top of my head.

Yes, I believe you can. Please check yourself for ticks after you are done from doing any activity there. I love it there ,but I have had multiply ticks on my dogs and myself over the past two years. Yes, ticks are everyplace but happen to be very plentiful there. The place is beautiful so I continue to go, just wear spray and do tick checks before and after I get in my car. I've had lyme twice it's not an easy thing to get diagnosed locally.
Bass and blue gill. There are other fish there we caught but always released. You can check grand valley preserve website for all the info
