2-4 minute visits. Change meds every 2 weeks. Never once asked for previous diagnosis, previous medications, previous care etc.

I'm not sure if they accept Humana ppo or not ....but, i was just there yesterday for my appt and i overheard the lady behide the desk tell someone over the phone that they weren't taking any new patients at the moment...not sure if that helps or not with your question
