I have had a few times when Greene failed to input/process my phone in order. When the item doesn’t show up I call to get them to correctly order….never have said sorry or acknowledge the mistake

When you decide to use this place, make sure they will help you with an electric scooter as their website doesn't tell you they don't have them. I went months trying to get my dad an electric scooter only to be told that they only provide them for veterans due to a contract. The website clearly lies.

Last evening my mother had a tire blow out on the highway and Quinton stopped and changed her tire for her. I can't say enough good things about this young man. He was very helpful, polite, caring and all around a wonderful good Samaritan. I arrived on scene and he was putting the bad tire back in her car for her. He had already done everything. If I ever need home healthcare services I will be calling here due to him.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do repair concentrators but not that manufacture. If you got this unit from another provider I would reach out to them for support. Otherwise you can try the manufacturer Airsep at 716-691-0202. Those units are pretty expensive to repair.
