I have had good experiences with these guys until recently. I was waiting for a specific filter which had not been stocked for several months and customer service was trying to convince me to put a part that does not work for the car. If I had not had any background on automotive mechanics this would have easily created issues. Later I was told it’s because the people I spoke did not have any automotive knowledge. Now I am stuck between speaking to two departments and nobody seems to know if they have this product on stock or if they mistakenly added a different product on stock as what belongs in my make and model. 🤦🏽‍♂️
