I have lived here a year plus everything has been good Shey has been kind and when my husband died she has been wonderful and helpful and she cares about you sorry that she is leaving things want be the same its hard for me i was married 42 years plus but shey has been there for me i will miss you shey and your family your brother that lives with your mom helped me when my husband was on hospice he helped us . thank you for being wonderful and showing that you care about others .

They seem to be quite day and night, and their grounds are well kept all the time. And when you turn in a work order, normally they send someone that same day.

Shay is a sweetheart. I've lived here almost 3 years and the management now has been the best thus far. The complex is clean, no loitering is tolerated and I like my remodeled, 2br unit. Management is organized and I haven't had any major issues. If I have maintenance concerns, the problems are resolved in a timely manner. I had a problem with my AC several weeks ago and maintenance was totally attentive and resolved the problem as quickly as they could. The complex is pretty quiet and the location is convenient to I-20. Come and see for yourself!
