My daughter and I just moved here in September. Communication and help seemed to be present as I moved in. But now, getting someone on the phone or a person to show up for maintenance seems impossible. I have been having a pest issue since we moved in (which is surprising because we pay for pest control in our rent). After a deep clean and searching high and low I found multiple places of caulking damage and wear. Bugs and pest are entering the apartment through the holes that look like they have not had “maintenance” done to them in years. Put in 1 work order and it seemed to be overlooked so I submitted another. That work order has been marked complete and the worker said he put caulking on the floor boards. You look at the pictures and tell me what you see. I don’t appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of (because they go up on rent when you put in a work order). Although I’m never late on payments, this place is too costly to have this issue. Unless they fix this soon, I’d stay away.

I am a single mother of 3 boys. I walked outside to take my boys to school and the complex had my car towed. I thought the car was stolen but turns out the car was towed. The officer said a permit wasn't obtained. I filled out the online permit back when they initiated the parking policy. I registered my vehicle when I applied to move here and I only have one car. My kids are late and not able to get to school because we have no family here. The tow company is not opened until 9AM and doesn't have a direct line. I now have to call off of work and my kids don't have a ride to school. This is so ridiculous! I can't wait to move out of Texas! The country is inflated and rent is entirely to high for most of us to survive, let alone for an apartment complex to scam ways to rob their tenants of more money. Not too long ago someone got into my car and stole all of the change out of it and went through all of my compartments. Then some months ago one of their trees fell on my car and scratched the hood and they refuse to cover the damages and told me to file my claim under my policy. It's unsafe! The owner of this complex is just finding ways to take from their residents!
