I always come through here around 1:00 - 3:00 a.m. and I must say don't let the line wrapping around the building discourage you. The night crew is awesome best team I've seen at a box location and in duncanville we have two to choose from I'll never go back to the other one again!! The white guy on window with long hair (Think his name was Alex) was very kind, entertained my kids during the wait and gave us large drinks instead of mediums due to the wait! Now that's customer service! Other locations take note!

This Jack n the box has fast and great customer service. The line was long but the person at the window moved with purpose. All the food was hot.

HEALTH HAZARD Came to this location for the first time since moving in, and i find my burger with a present and no one answering the phone. If you have other places i would recommend not coming here. (Picture shows the present on the bottom left corner)

Sat in line for 10 minutes then told closed yet 24 hours drive thru. Lost bout 4 customers because I had people behind me move saying I was told closed by female on speaker. I asked for manager because I thought it wasn't true but no one would speak to me anymore.
