I had never had a passport and was given the opportunity to go out of the country. I have terminal cancer so I am trying to check things off my bucket list. I needed the passport within 2 weeks to be able to go so I found Swift. The process was made so easy for me. Not stressful and extremely quick! I got my passport in time for my travels!!! Laure Lee was very helpful in answering all my questions and keeping me informed as to where we were at in the process. I am extremely grateful for her and Swift Passport Services to allow me to make this happen!

Hi, You can check the status by calling 1-877-487-2778. If you did not pay for expedited passport processing and/or expedited return shipping at the time of application, you can call the number above, and see if you can pay extra now for those expedited options. It IS possible to apply in person for a passport at a Regional Passport Agency and get a passport in 1-3 days. During COVID, the Passport Agency has allowed in person applications for emergency situations only. As of recently, they have started allowing a limited number of appointments for non emergencies.
Hi Mecho, thank you for your question. Our Biometric Fingerprinting service is only for FBI and Illinois State Police background checks at this time, not passports. https://swiftlinkworldwide.com/biometric-fingerprinting/

Hi Michelle, Third party companies, such as Swift, are unable to change or set appointments with the Spanish Consulates. We’d recommend calling or making a personal appearance at the consulate. Where is your passport from?
Generally speaking, the US government will not issue passports to those convicted of crimes that are felonies or federal offenses. If you'd like more information, we encourage you to speak with an an attorney who better understands the legalities. Thank you!
