Warning - No refund issued for months! We canceled a large booking over six months ago and in spite of telling us in writing that we were eligible for a refund (thousands of dollars), Redstar has not issued the refund. They repeatedly state that they will mail the check, but it never arrives. They are now avoiding our calls. I'm concerned that this company is not solvent and will never book with the again.

The drivers for this bus company are very unprofessional and not someone you want driving customers around. They will cut off other drivers, show them obscene gestures, and road rage. Avoid this company if you can.

Second Avenues

We used Red Star as our summer transportation for field trips. The driver's were very friendly and on time. If they were running behind, they always called to notify us. The buses were neat and clean, which is nice to see during a pandemic. We had a great experience with Red Star and will continue to use them for future trips.
