Terrible experience. I purchased an Alexapure water filter from them that was supposed to last for 5,ooo gallons, I tested my AlexaPure filtered water after 6 months with less than 100 gallons of use with a TDS tester. I got very concerning results compared to the the other bottled water samples which tested as well and were ok. I contacted Patriots Supply and they offered ZERO help, they disregarded the results and said I would have to pay for an outside lab to test my water, they knew of no other way to confirm the filter was working. Zero Water actually provides a way to test your water, whereas absolutely nothing for Alexapure which is supposed to be far superior. Patriot Supply was indifferent and didn't care.

Since this was my first time ordering I thought I would call and be an educated customer by asking questions and getting a deal that I might have not gotten online. I received it today and there are definitely some things I will add to my supply list from the grocery to add some meat and fish. Easy enough. I got 2 one week supply cans and intend to use one as to ge5 familiar with the product and to see what it is like to consume. I hope I never need this in emergency but living in Florida and Hurricane Ian just swept through I would rather be prepared and not a burden on anyone else. Have your water and food ready so you do not become part of the mass crowd running to the store to get supplies. This time is better strategically to be making wise decisions on whether to flee or stay or whatever it is that you do to protect you and your family.
