Used their service to expedite my passport...once they had my $1000...you get no customer service. They lost my passport and it cost me half my trip to Scotland. I only got there because I got lucky and found an appointment that got my passport the same day. They cost me thousand's of dollars in lost fees I had already paid for and of course their $900 plus fee....no refund is the only answer from them...don't use this service unless you have money to burn!

I sent my stuff in, came back as not enough money. So now I can’t get a hold of anyone to have the problem fixed. They still have my stuff. Terrible service and getting ready to report them to BBB.

This service is a sham. You will lose time and possibly money (refund pending) and have to start over with someone else. You have to go through acceptance agents (like post office), but acceptance agents won't work with this service without authorization letter from service -- which the service does not and cannot (even upon request) provide. They just say, "want to try again with another acceptance agent and see if you get lucky?"

So sorry but we are not able to accept customers at our Chicago office. Everything must be completed online and submitted via FedEx. We can work along with you through our Passport Advisors, to better assist you.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the passport when you visit our office. We are a 3rd party courier program and not the government. If you want to go directly to the DOS, you would get the passport the same day. However, you would need an appointment or plan to do a walk in (arrive at around 7:30am) with the necessary documents.

You could attempt to get an appointment at a Regional Passport Agency today, but confirm with them that they would be able to produce the passport same day.
