I came through your drive thru tonight and the lady JENNIFER was very rude and kept slamming the window on top of that she didn’t give me a receipt so I can file an report on her the proper way worst customer service ever and I would like the proper website to file a report on her she gave us the worst service EVER nobody gave her a hard time but she decided to give us a hard time because she hate her job! I need the correct website cause before anything I need my receipt while she popping her eye lashes like she own Jack in the box.. I’ll make sure to call corporate early in the morning 😊

Routine visit to jack. Order was right. Line slow moving. Food quality poor. See photo. The staff had to have had a large glob of cheese in the fry basket that oozed out from the mozzarella sticks. But..... they proudly served this with no consideration or concern they should remake it. Out of 6 sticks only ONE had any cheese left in it.
