Several homeowners in my association have contacted Real Manage on several occasions and never receive a call back. Also during association meetings, the property manager has been very unprofessional.

Sent a request to have my wife's name added to our intercom system and still haven't received a response as of 5 days later. I decided to call them directly to discuss the matter and the rep I spoke with was trying to get me off the phone the entire time without providing an update on my request. This organization provides zero value to our community. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. **** Update **** It's been almost a month since my request was submitted and this still has not been resolved after contacting this organization over four times. I still have not been contacted as promised in the response by the admin of this company.

I absolutely LOOVEEE our HOA company! Every time I call or come in everyone is so sweet and patient. I never have a issue getting a response. I have dealt with Jennifer Parli a number of times over the last 10 years and she always makes me feel like I am family. It's good to see that they are able to keep people for that long. Great job ACM.

Do not live in a community managed by this company! They are unethical & prey on innocent families. We are newer to our subdivision. We never received a bill in December that our hoa fees were due, never a late notice. Since we are newer to the neighborhood we had no idea they were due. I always pay all of my bills on time. We were sent to a collections agency in April & slapped with a >$300 fine. I immediately paid our hoa bill, but contested the extra fees. They NEVER responded and then sent a Sheriff to our door with an eviction notice in July with $1000 in fees. I tried calling, they never responded until I hired a lawyer. My $220 hoa fees turned into >$1200 + my legal fees for a bill I never received! This company is shaking people down with obtuse fines & evictions for innocent homeowners. Stay away!!! Also, this management company hired Costello Sury and Rooney lawfirm, a sleazy 2 star lawfirm.

Did acm have someone come out and repair it? Whos your builder? I have a similar issue although mine is with the furnace.
We had rain water leaking from roof, onto our terrace, and into our house for YEARS. The builder tried to fix it to no avail. I researched the prob with a friend in Boston known as a quality builder. He said terraces are tricky and must be done correctly...mainly bc they are built INTO THE HOUSE and not like a deck which is built ONTO THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. I described to my Boston buddy how the terrace was configured and he told me of at least three things my builder's sub contractor did wrong. The builder would not do them bc it involved starting from scratch with the lining. Recently he added a much needed gutter to stop the rain on the roof from going onto the terrace. I'm waiting for serious rain...several inches...to see if this works on my new house he built.
