Been coming here for years for all my printing and shipping needs. I went into this store to pick up a print order that I was told was ready. After standing in line for abt 20 minutes I was told it was not ready. They started to print my order but took there time cuz I expressed I was not happy and the employee wanted to do was talk and talk abt why it wasn’t ready. Yes I told them I was not happy and you would think they wouldn’t not charged me but did. Sometimes its the little things an business can do to make the customer happy but they missed it BIG TIME on the customer service. Yes I did leave unhappy and made sure they knew that but they were wrong on there part. Everything probably would of went fine at the end if the waived the fee. It’s nit abt the losey 12 dollars it was abt how they could I of made a customer satisfied. Now I will never go there again and I will make sure I* spread the word to others .
