Terrible ...won't answer the phone. Had vacation voice mail on from Fourth of July. I called Aug 17th no way I would use someone who can't even change their voice mail let alone service my Needs. Move on.

I had totally neglected our lawn mower since we purchased it from 10 years ago. Finally I was recommended to go to Kipps and I’m so glad I did! For ages I had been unable to start the mower with its electric start, the blades were blunt, it was hard to push (I hadn’t noticed the lack of tire on the back wheels). Kipps offered a pick up and delivery service - they kept me informed - they returned the mower to me in a timely fashion and were able to restore our mower to its former glory much cheaper than me replacing the mower. It is such a relief to me now when mowing time is here that I am not going to have to wrestle with the pull cord start!! I’m really grateful. I’ll be sure to use them every year from now on! Thank you Kipps!!
