Due to a previous negative experience at a different facility, I was incredibly nervous today to have my CT Heart Scan at this Cardiac Evaluation Center in Lisle. And by nervous, I mean...I was a wreck! However, after being warmly welcomed into the CEC area, I was immediately put at ease. I shared my concerns with the technicians, and they immediately demonstrated to me that they would go out of their way to ensure my comfort. When I was worried that the machine would be just as claustrophobic as I remembered from a different location, they allowed me to enter the scan room and try out the table & scanner for myself so that I could get a feel for it. Susan, the CT professional, went out of her way to explain every step of the procedure so that I would know exactly what to expect- and she gave me the sense that my comfort was her priority. Wow! I wish I had known about Susan and the excellent team at this facility; I would have saved myself a lot of needless worrying! Thank you, Susan and team for being excellent at what you do! I hope you know that it truly makes a difference!

I don't know about this place. No one was very personable. I felt rushed. No one really tried to connect. I work in the same field and was disappointed. People at the front desk looked like they hated their job. But it was Clean.

I recently had a CT scan in their new Cardiac Evaluation Center and it was AWFUL. The waiting room for the C.E.C. is some chairs set up in the hallway entrance for the whole building. Absolutely NO PRIVACY! They don't have changing rooms for the CEC so they have you wear your street clothes for the CT scan. When they asked me to lie on the scanner, I asked the technicians if it was okay that I was wearing clothing with metal on it? They told me to just pull that part of my clothing aside so they could get a better image. It appears that Duly is more interested in accomodating their big machines, rather than patient care/comfort and privacy. I don't recommend having any kind of imaging done with Duly/Dupage Medical Group at this time.
