Such a nice place to bring younger kids. It's small enough to easily keep an eye multiple children but there is enough to keep them entertained. And it's free so you can put the money you saved in their college fund. :)

They don't have realtor as far as I know but if you take one you should be able to use it as long as it is summer 8 inches off the ground due to state regulations
The park was open, the paths are open, the playground was open. The Splash pad has a closed sign... however the regular sign states it is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. So I am assuming it will be opened in a few days. Hopefully.
