Not what I had hoped for based on the photos and description. Upon arrival one of our 3 rv sites had a severe sewer issue. With no option available we stayed. The owner was very nice and offered a discount. The sites are very small and crammed too close. The lake looks pretty, but with so many geese in the park, the water is nasty and there is poop everywhere. We would not go back.

Ok, just passing through. There's a pond and that's roughly it. I mean it's kind of nice, but I can think of better places to park your RV. However, if you just want a quick exit from Kansas City and yet not be too far away, I suppose this place would fit the bill.

Clean, quiet, pleasant country park with playground and fishing lake. Laundromat and shower house. Very reasonable rates. Close to town. Friendly, caring, and helpful owners. I came here thinking I would only stay couple months while looking for new home. I liked it so much I just stayed! Great little park!

It's as Scott says - and I've been here a lot longer than him. The owners are great. If you like being out in the country ( but very close to city) and fishing you're gonna love this place!

It's 10-15mins away. We've had our camper at sun catcher for about a year because my husband works out that way during the week. It's a nice drive with very little traffic. You pretty much only hit traffic and traffic lights when you pop out onto the busy road that leads to kansas motor speedway.
You need to drive Tonganoxie Road toward Leavenworth to the top of the hill OR go on into Walmart's parking lot for WIFI access. The rates, when we were there in May 2020, were $140/week and $27/night...not sure about month. Water, 50 amp., sewer included. No mail accepted.
Don't know if you want to. The water isn't nice. Wouldn't swim either.
