There were around 5 cars ahead of us. There was only one lady doing the inspections, but she did a great job and kept moving the process on. It's one of those places you rarely have to go to, but when you do, they make it as pleasant as possible.

They have 2 people here 2 days per week from 8-12. Not their fault, the state shouldn't understaff so that dozens of people are stuck waiting around, kind of moronic. I Waited an hour and got inspected but they wrote down the wrong vehicle model which caused issues for me at the treasurer when trying to get licensed.

They don’t answer the phone and there are no signs telling you what to do. I got in line with the cars to find out there are hand written posted note numbers you need to get. You can grab it while you wait in line, but there are no instructions. After getting to the parking area, I waited over 3 hours in the heat for the VIN inspection. The people seem polite, but move slowly. Huge waste of time. Go to the Kansas City KS station instead, it will be faster even with the drive.
