I quit because of the pandemic. I had to homeschool my daughter (even though it was a work from home job) Because it was a call center type job I had customers non stop and I couldn't do it and home school her. I was approved.
No they're still close you would have to call on which it will be an IDES Callback Service, you call and you would have to wait to call you back in orderly fashion

Yes. There are no walk ins. Call the general number and when they call back ask for the 217 area code appt line number. If you have a location in mind let them know so it's convenient for you.

Got a letter saying i met all the criteria and another letter saying i told them i went back to work so i was not paid on my scheduled paydate and got a call back and took my statement say she was not able to approve she had to transfer me to some who would be able to approve and if there was no answer i would receive a call back in 24/48 hours nothing yet owed for 4 weeks now and still waiting in the second call back?

When you go, go early in the morning, make sure you have your social, and ID with you or they will not let you be seen at all. Once that is done they will call you to begin your claim process, also make sure you have all of your job information so you can breeze through the process, someone will help you through the entire process. Yes! You can file when fired.
