I've been here yrs always water issues you sometimes Not warn if turned off always a excuses. But when I needed maintainace issues they were good on that & they were nice. But after new management I don't like some changes & the new payment way of payment . Belinda in office always nice to me . have to get use to him but never mean to mention

Wouldn’t recommend living here, property manager is nice, but the office never answer the phone, you have to call 5 or more times for anyone to finally answer. Also they hit you with fees that don’t make sense i pay 3 fees for water and 3 fees for trash which doesn’t make sense at all !! Highway robbery. Also you pay for pest control and there are bugs and rodents everywhere it ridiculous

There might be a few minor issues at any apartment complex. The thing is that once I let the management or office know of them, they came out and did what they could right away to rectify the situation. In my experience, everyone in the office has been so warm and friendly. There was also a maintenance man that jumped in the dumpster to fish my keys out that I threw in with my trash! In particular, Shelley Davidson has been so friendly, helpful and warm every time I have had the opportunity to speak with her. I love my apartment. It is so cute. So, thank you to the staff at Canopy on Central for the nice gyms, the friendly staff, the cute dog park and my cute apartment.

NOTICE RECENT REVIEWS HAVE 1 STAR Leaving early with this apartment complex. I have lived in two different complexes and had a fantastic experience and fulfilled my lease, however I have lived here two months and I'm leaving early. Rust in bathtub, rust in sinks, water pipes extremely loud at night, towing vehicles without warning throughout the mornings. Dirty parking lots covered in debris, dirt and mud. Extremely overpriced for such poor living conditions. Hinges on doors painted over as well everything else smothered in layers of paint. Millipedes, and carpet bugs upon moving in as well. Overall my first and hopefully last 1 star for am apartment complex.
