Great neighbors , pet friendly, great location. Trash cans are always over flowing trash on the side... Issues with people not picking up their dog waste. Renewed my lease and increased rent by $100 kind of don't think it's worth what I paying, but like I said location is good spot. .. I pay for trash service I can't use which is unfair.

I used to love living here! Great price, plenty of parking, maintenance was quick. That all ended about a year ago. Recent issues I’ve had; was given approximately 2 days to make a decision on whether I was going to renew or move. I wanted to give a 60 day notice but ended up getting stuck renewing cause 2 days is not enough time to look. They said I should have already found a new place and didn’t need to wait to get my renewal notice. Problem was I didn’t want to move until I received the notice the they were upping my rent $100! I also called and reported that another renter had a Pitbull that tried attacking my dog. (Pitbulls are restricted) I was basically told to mind my own business. But it was ok to get a “Warning” for not picking up after my dog. I pay an arm and a leg to have my dog even though she is small and I could easily hide her so that just really irked me. Also, there is a car that parks near me that’s tags expired 08/19 and another 02/18, mine was out less than a month and I got a warning that if I didn’t fix it then I was going to get towed or booted. Tell me please how that makes sense?

Had lived at these apartments for a year had many issues with the ac not working and stuff breaking but one day our kitchen had flooded and was not able to get ahold of anybody for a whole day. Even the fire department could not get ahold of them. It ruined furniture and stuff luckily we had insurance but they then agreed to let us out of our lease. Once everything was completely moved out of the apartment my now ex husband decided he wanted to move back into the apartment I contacted them to let them know I will not be on the lease. Months go by and then they start calling me saying I owe money because he isn’t paying when I am not suppose to be on the lease anyway. Well now sadly later I can not get a place because they have charged me with an eviction and money owed to the apartment when I should not have been on the lease. Live a learn.

I enjoy living here the affordable rent and quiet for the most part . I love the point system and the gym! The pools are awesome too! The gym and the pools were just renovated and I enjoy using them! I do not like that the gym closes at 11 some of us still have energy that time of night!

Yes they do. For a criminal background they can only go back 7 years.
No they don't ever answer unless its early in the morning and sometimes not even then. We have to call back to back several times before they answer.
