The rooms are very nice and the hotel and breakfast are great. My problem was the two gentlemen that worked the front desk. One argued with me about my reservation even though I had the information in my hand. My mother had asked a few simple questions and had also mentioned the recent death of her husband and the other gentleman’s attitude was extremely un compassionate and rude. He rudely said Jesus Christ, made comments under his breath and gave her a dirty look and the other gentleman laughed at how he treated her. They walked behind the door of the front desk laughed and complained about her where she could hear. She was left standing at the desk with her eyes welling up. She was in tears in the elevator. If you aren’t a people person, you shouldn’t be working in hospitality period. Even if someone isn’t hearing you there’s a better way to handle it. Especially if someone told you their husband of 52 years just died. You have no idea what someone has gone through and a little bit of kindness goes a long way. I will never stay here again and we are Hilton Rewards customers and frequent this area. We have told and have had our extended family members stay here several times in the past recent months. We will ALL take our business elsewhere from now on.

The maids didn't terrorize us, but when we asked for service, it was quick and painless and they did exactly what we asked them to. Then after our stay we had problems getting a ride to the airport and Aaron said, sure, no problem, we can fit you in our schedule (even though it was pretty busy) and got us there on time. Great Service

We LOVE staying at this Hilton Hotel. We are Diamond members and travel a lot. Saying that you know each hotel is different from the atmosphere, beds, food, and employees. This one is very consistent in their employees friendliness, the cleanliness, and the taste of the food. There is always a good amount of parking (even if you have a trailer!).

Great staff, good selection for breakfast. Rooms were nice and the pillows were comfy. Very clean as well. Indoor pool available, as well a small gym. Only thing they could improve on is having fans available
