We had a fantastic time at this movie theater. Not only was it clean and spacious but the chairs/seats were so comfortable! The staff was so accommodating and the food was delicious. They even had specific drinks/food named after the movies. We will definitely be back. Great experience

Very high hope of a brand new experience in its advertised setting, and through my super-anticipated movie, Top Gun with my wife on a mini-getaway night....We did enjoy the movie, but we would definitively have had a much better experience at Cinemark or UA if not for their mail-in coupon (thanks)... read on: But all the hopes were undermined by the underwhelming attitude and rude service at the check-in -- I'll save the depressing detail but lowlight one: she offered me no apologies for those inconvenience then pressed on "teaching" me to scan code to give them google review... to help the cinema to improve, I brought the awkward experience to the manager's attention. Surprisingly, he vokunteered some excuses then offered me a discount on our food ordering, but not-so-surprisingly, I didn't see any on the bill. π€―π₯± Here's my review: 1. The layout and the seating try to mimic First Class cabin but not anywhere close to our AA/UA first-class experience domestically and internationally. Specifically, there is no space to land feet or shoes once reclined. Handrail between the strangers is narrow and awkward.π₯΄ 2. The QR code is weird to scan in the lighting there; and the first-time phone verification is quick to expire... entering credit card info in the darkness is goofy because the google-stored CC info was invalid by the app... I had to try 2 cell numbers and 1 email to place one order. (All this is cool given it's a novice experienceπ₯³) 3. The food is mediocre to low-grade (popcorn is coldπ₯Ά) but at hefty price mark. The food was served with no napkins... for the sake of not bothering others, you will have to stretch out the hands very carfully through that "watch-my-greasy-hand" two hours. π€’ Nice outfit, but messy bathroom, clumsy lobby, weird check-in stand... the manager and staff was nice except the one at check-in. This cinema retained a lot of good memory, and a huge potential in such a prominent location. But SERVICE Quality is everything! Will I offer them ideas to improve? Happy to Will I go back there again? Probably not (this chain) Will I recommend it? Not a chance till it's proved otherwise

I was so looking forward to this but unfortunately was very disappointed! The seats were nice and the place was clean but those are the hilights. We went to the bar to have a drink before our show, bartender was very nice as well, when I checked out they added 18% gratuity without authorization. I usually tip 20% to 25% but I am not going to calculate the remaining 2 to 7 % when you already added 18%. Then we get in to the theatre, only a QR code to order, no other option. What about people that choose not to have a "smart phone" or perhaps older folks? We requested assistance, waited 30 minutes before we actually flagged someone down. Terrible food service, experience, and we will not EVER eat there again if we do choose to visit this place again. That stinks because it is just down the street from us. Oh well, we gave it a shot. Studio Movie Grill was better, actually almost everywhere is better.

Fabulous location! Excellent customer service. The manager, Camon, went out of his way to help us. Not worried about new chairs because the overall experience was still amazing. Definitely give them a try!

I went to the movie on Sunday. The movie was Green Door and it was excellent. The seats are very comfortable and popcorn is the best.
Senior tickets are $6.oo each.
