They are absolutely terrible. I just moved here from San Antonio 4 months ago, and I received great care there. It was easy to get in touch with all of my various doctors and to get prescriptions. At this Fort Worth clinic, it takes a minimum of 3 weeks to hear back from my doctor's office (but not from my doctor herself) each time I send a message, and a minimum of one month to get new prescription requests filled. Calling is just as bad because you can't get through to the women's clinic. Instead you get a middle person who tells you to expect a call back that never comes. I messaged patient advocacy to request a new PCP 2 weeks ago. I still haven't heard back. I had to Google a specific patient advocate for the area in order to get a PCP Change form. I absolutely hate this clinic.

I wish I still lived within reasonable driving distance to the Shreveport VA hospital. The Dallas system is complete garbage. Incompetent doctors and accounting department. They keep sending me bills for an appointment that I have paid for at least four times by now, if for no other reason than to try to get them to leave me alone.

Was my first time here. Place is clean and appears state of the art. I always show up early to my appt times because I never know how traffic is. When I did I was directed of where to go by kind, polite and professional people. In fact i was seen early and she was also very polite and professional. I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend.

The facility is clean. Much better than Shreveport. The medical staff is great. All of my appointments and walk ins have been way better than other facilities. The only thing that would make the place nicer would be teaching the older gentleman at the front desk how to just answer a question without adding rude comments on to the answer. They are not special. Everyone in the building is a veteran, some of whom likely did way more than them. A Vietnam hat is not a license to run your mouth.

No consult or referral is necessary to access audiology, vision, dietician, or mental health
Yes Dental is available , but you must be 100% VA Disabled to utilize dental or there's a copay I think.
Yes there is. The next office is at the Veterans Affairs Hosportal in Dallas.
No , have you checked the clinic in Dallas? If not your primary care physician may refer you out.

It depends on the type of donation. All donations are accepted through Volunteer Services.
you have to file a disability claim.
If you didn't get an appointment, there are a numerous amount of reasons that you could have been denied. I would need more information than what you have provided. There is a process that they have to follow or they could lose their job. They may not pay the bills for the VA, but they do have their own bills to pay, so they are not going to jeopardize their job to satisfy you or anyone else who may not meet the minimal standards to receive treatment there.
Yes.
