These people smoking crack rocks. I waited on a order for over an hour then called up there and was told their manager canceled my order then left, and then was told their ovens were down but waiting for 10 minutes on the phone while they helped customers in store.

Do not ever order from this store. Very rude very unprofessional when I called I asked what a manager on duty the guy that answers the phone continue to ask me what was the issue. Advise I would like to speak to the manager he was not able to help me he then continue to ask me what was wrong. I finally asked can I please have the manager he puts me on hold then come back and said that his manager is too busy to take a call. When I asked his name he told me he did not have to provide that information and hung up the phone.

Delivery driver was EXTREMELY rude. He was upset that he went to the other side of the complex. Once he reached my door, didn’t even say “hello” just immediately started saying that I put MY address incorrectly and that his gps took him to another gate. Meanwhile any other deliveries I’ve had with other places, there were no issues. Don’t order here. Go to ifratelli.

Ordered pizza online, pizza was delivered and the crust was raw in the center of the pizza top of pizza was cooked, so figured something was wrong with the heating element for the bottom. Called store they remade pizza and had it delivered. Pizza was missing toppings and yet again center was raw. Called store and was told they would give us a credit for the pizza since wasn’t looking for a 3rd raw pizza. Today called ordered pizza hour and half later no pizza and no one is answering the phone. This place needs to be shut down
