I’ve had a windshield replaced using this company and location several years ago with no complaints. With that said, you don’t want to have a problem because you will be ignored and when I finally did get a response from Jason the manager he offered $100.00 for the damage done by one of the technicians in his employ. Now, onto the damage - a 6” scratch down to the bare metal on the hood (passenger side) - adhesive oozing out all around the seam on the inside, greasy handprints on the light grey A-pillars! He had a technician come out and clean it up - he did an excellent job - he also took photos of the damage done to the hood. This is where it went south and fast - as I said the scratch is down to bare metal and is ~6” in length. The vehicle is a 2016 Ford Focus and in like new condition - so you understand the outrage when after countless emails and phone calls - Jason offers $100.00 in an attempt to make this mess go away! This fix will cost $250.00 - this was told to him over a week ago at the time of this writing 4/19/2022 - no response at all!! So heed my warning, stay far away because if something goes wrong - you will be ignored.

My technician Ranfis was great! He was unable to drive up my driveway to get to my house as I live on a hill and there was inclement weather today. He insisted on fixing my windshield and walked up my icy driveway to fix my windshield on my bronco! He was very polite and friendly! He educated me on the process of what he was doing and held a good conversation with me the whole time! Oh and my windshield looks great! You would never know it had a crack in it. Thank you Ranfis on your wonderful service today!
