Bought a new Stihl 180-C BE. John at the service desk was awesome. I didn’t want the “green” chain and bar so he swapped it out for me with the “yellow” bar and professional chain. Great people to deal with and fair prices to boot. I’ll be back for more of my Stihl power tool needs. They’re the best in the area.

Urgent need for a rental to dig my parents well line to repair the line; no water to their house and they are in their 80s year of age Blaire from C H Waltz was amazing ! Kindest, professional person I have met in a long time. Really had empathy for our situation and came through like a knight in shining armor ! I have been dealing with CH Waltz for over 10 years (both buying and renting equipment) and I can’t say enough about how really great they are. They’ve always come through for me and have superb pricing and equipment. The staff (especially Blaire and Seth) have always been so helpful and knowledgeable about what I would need to get a specific job done, and are always friendly and accommodating. The number and variety of equipment they have for rent is unbelievable. I am writing this review so they know that their efforts are appreciated, but I feel like I’m letting the cat out of the bag. It’s alright though I know they got me covered!
