They used our staffing services for months, costing us $100,000+ yet have stopped responding to requests for payment. Their current parent company "Alliance Health Care" refuses to pay their bills. I'm pretty sure this entire Alliance company is a sham designed to defraud everyone and anyone involved with them will end up in jail- hopefully sooner rather than later.

At this facility, mother has a roommate that screams extremely loud for hours, which is affecting her health and when I ask for the problem to be resolved, I don't get satisfactory results and the problem is still ongoing.

My husband was a patient here from August to October 2021…the care he received as a patient and the care that was extended to me as a spouse was exemplary. He was admitted August 19 and COVID Lockdown began September 1, but the care didn’t change…they transported him for doctor visits so I did get to see him and he had nothing but good things to say about the staff. And oh that staff❤️❤️They went above and beyond talking to me every time I called in, calling me to update me on his condition, making sure I got the people I needed to for information and they were kind and pleasant every single time.
