Everyone is very nice. I haven't had a bad experience with them. Physical therapy are fantastic and very friendly. Orthopedic department, very nice. My family care doctor is wonderful. Nothing bad to say about any department.

They are awful. I never see my real doctor. They never call you back in a timely manor. If you speak with a nurse regarding test results. DONT!! They are rude and are misinformed! Save yourself the time. Go elsewhere.

Fine for routine visits, but if you have a semi serious problem be prepared for a "comedy of errors", poor communication, and lack of compassion/willingness to help from some staff members. Save yourself tears and frustration and go to Geisinger. (Just to clarify this is regarding family care dept; never had a problem with physical therapy or orthopedics)

The lab is open 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.
I think you are mistaken. This is not me. My husband and I go to Dr. Mark Williams and Pamela Morrow. We are extremely pleased with both. Actually, the last time I was there, I asked for business cards to give to our friends and family. So, your information does not pertain to me.
