In the past few months, at least 3 of my packages were lost (including a graduation cord) and I had to contact the companies to send new products. This morning, I received a package from Amazon, and on it was a written note telling me to input the correct address and that my apartment number didn’t exist. I’ve been living in the same apartment for close to a year now, so I’m pretty sure I’d know my own apartment number and have had no issues previously. Unsure what person is running the mail that felt the need to write this passive aggressive note, but it’s not my fault they can’t locate the apartment. My apartment building also has a mail counter, so there’s no need for them to be looking for my apartment number anyways, and the passive aggressiveness was not needed. Just because you can’t figure it out doesn’t mean it isn’t my correct address.

Had a package go missing. It showed “delivered” but nowhere to be seen. I just want to thank Denise and Joe for helping track down the misdelivered package and getting it to us. Very much appreciated. Great customer service!
