My house was built in 2019 with the gas fireplace venting out onto a covered porch. A year later, we decided to enclose the porch into a three-season room so the vent would have to been relocated up through the wall and roof of the house. Long story short, the builder's fireplace installer broke promise after promise to do the work for OVER A YEAR! When I contacted Miller Brick Company, they set up an appointment to quote the work within a couple of days. Mike Jock showed up on time, explained various options, and provided a detailed written quote the same evening! The price was higher than the verbal quote I had from the original installer so I asked Mike to meet me half way. Dave, the owner, agreed and I received the revised quote in a day or two. The work was scheduled within a few days. MIke's helper was also professional and knowledgeable. They completed the job in the timeframe quoted and left the workspace clean. The whole process from start to finish took just a couple of weeks. Thank you to Mike and the Miller Brick team for getting our fireplace back in operation!
