There is a building rental there and I've seen ppl drinking with no issues. There are no signs that say no alcohol, just pets must be leashed and no camping. And yes there are dumpsters open for public use. A port a potty, and a men's and women bathroom

There are several hiking trails. Depends on which one you wish to take. My favorite is along Braddock Road. Pass a small beach area to the point towards the docks of Braddock Marina, along the lake. Sometimes you'll see swans or hawks there. Many bird watchers go through park as well.

Yes but you're not allowed to fish from the docks...you need to use the public areas either just before you get to the marina or from the beach, at the far end of the marina (and across the grass). Good luck!

I would reccomend going to Hamlin beach park if you want to swim. It's a few exits past braddock and manitou.
