Very bad experience. They are a joke and don't know how the VA system works. What a waste of taxpayer money. Nice save. I took care of the problem myself. Again, this is why I filed notice with the VA to remove you as my VSO and I represent myself. Every vet should know the VA system and how to deal with the VA. Don't rely on VSO's they are not in your best interest.

Request it from the service officer, you will need State identification or federal government as well as dates of service, entry date and discharge date. Hope this helps.
