The staff here were friendly and helpful. I was in there at 10pm buying some ice and the two cashiers were discussing how much monster energy drink they could drink per day, which I thought was quite humorous. It was funny because one of the cashiers was very interested in the conversation. They went into detail about how much monster they could drink, what flavours they liked, etc, where the other one had more of the “I’m at work and have to talk to this guy” attitude.

Yes, but only a few that I'm aware of. Wright's beverage is right next to Tops and they sell wines, liquor, beer etc.

Not a large selection but usually have some for the season. They have more selection in the spring.
Yes you can pay it there.."You can make payments at any store location or designated payment center as long as it is within the same region from which the bill was generated. In other words, you cannot pay a bill for services in New York, NY in a Corpus Christi, TX store location/payment center because these are different regions."
