If you plan to buy a house in this place keep in mind that they do not take them further than 50 miles so do not bother going to see them unless you take care of moving to another place outside of 50 miles

We had the misfortune last year of two vehicles crashing into our mobile home affecting the piers underneath our structure. We had a stressful time finding someone with knowledge on manufacture homes until we got the opportunity to meet Brian Rowland, we are so greatful that Brian took his time to walk us through step by step on how to solve our issues with the foundation of our house. I highly recommend anyone to swing by and have a chat with Brian and he will rest your concerns with ease as he has great customer service... I will most definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking into manufactured homes.
