It took 3 weeks to get someone to come and then they were suppose to have parts and they never came. I had to conact sears and then they said they were on a back order and had to replace the washer. I have current been without a washer for over 2 months and now the washer on a back order which is supposed to be delivered on the 20th of july but there is no guarantee I will get then. Dont buy from sears or get the warranty service.

Repair could not be done, but repair man left directions that I'd need a contractor to build a wooden tray to keep washer stationary when on "spin" due to weak floor. Sure wish he could have done it or charged me less.
