We are not a dealer for these units. We can perform a cleaning and inspection of the unit for you. if there are parts available we can help hunt them down or point you in the right direction. we pride ourselves in being able to work on a vast amount of units, sometimes it is beneficial to use a "dealer Locator" and get a company that may have parts on hand depending on your issue and time sensitivity. I believe In Season fireplaces in Henrietta is a montigo dealer. let us know if we can help in the future!
