We have used Glenco now for a couple years for two different homes. They are reasonable to work with and stand by their products. Every employee I have had contact with responsive and genuine. Understand that Greenville is a growing city and their is only so much a company like Glenco can do to expand, so if you call and are told it’s 8 weeks out, it’s not because they don’t want to help you. It is simply they are overwhelmed by work in the winter. Suggestion: Get your fireplace checked in the summer time instead of waiting till the cold hits?!

We had the pleasure of having Josh Nix, Glenco Fireplace technical expert, at our home to repair our 23 year old gas fireplace. He did an outstanding job and gave us some good suggestions for a new grill which we will buy soon from Glenco. Josh is a true craftsman and a hardworking nice guy who any customers would be pleased to have in their homes. He is a tribute to Glenco Fireplace.

I purchased gas logs in January 2019. Installation was as promised, everything worked great for two years. December of 2021 logs will not burn more than about a half inch high flame. Called for service and was told they are running 8 to 10 weeks behind on service calls. I guess I should’ve bought them from someone with a service department who can stand behind their products. I didn’t expect someone to come running same day to service them, but 8 to 10 weeks is utterly ridiculous! Unless I am able to find someone else to work on these logs, I guess I will miss an entire winter’s use of them. Horrible service after the sale.
