I used to love this place because it was always fast to see the doctor and the doctor's were great, especially Dr. Doonan. I took my daughter in October 2021 for jaw pain and Dr. Stamler did nothing to diagnose and prescribed her narcotics. We ended up going to the emergency room that night and she was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia that cannot be treated with narcotics. We just went back for my son that had trouble breathing. They are supposed to open at 9:00 and the doctor showed up at 9:04 but couldn't help until the receptionist got there. She came strolling up a minute or so later and seemed in no rush as if they weren't late. When we said he had chest pains they rushed him back outside for a Covid test. After they got the negative Covid test Dr. Stamler did nothing to diagnose him and didn't take a chest x-ray. He told him to take 800 mg ibuprofen. We went over to Exer and he was diagnosed with bronchitis and prescribed the correct meds and is now on the mend.

Called their office at 10am this morning, specifically asked if they are taking walkins for the COVID booster today...yes they are. Specifically asked if they would be accepting the walkins until 5pm today? Yes, they are. I arrived at 315pm... not talking walkins today, could make an appointment for the coming week. Waste of time to call, drive and wait to speak to them in person. Why did they lie? Useless people. Went to Plaza Pharmacy... 20 minutes start to finish. Go there instead.

The receptionist was unable to verify my insurance through “their” system. I called my PPO directly from the waiting room. My insurance is active and good. They were unwilling or unable to verify it any other way. I left. 2/7/20 Update: I am revising my review as they reached out to apologize and have made some changes to their practice. I appreciate that and will try them again if needed. My husband and daughter had been treated here the past and the care was good.

They are he best. Hands down the best urgent care I have ever gone to. Clean and the entire staff is great. The doctors treat you so well and understand your symptoms clearly and they treat it immediately.
