UPDATE: People have come to look at our AC. We have been scheduled to have our AC fixed. No one has shown up. Still not working correctly, sometimes not working at all. We are going on to our second lease and we are very happy here! We have been happy with the staff who run the office (Jennifer is the BEST, so sweet and kind). Matinence is also great, however there has been one issue that had never been resolved permenantly. We were having issues with our AC over the summer (the bedrooms were getting up to 85 degrees during the day as cool air wasnt blowing into the bedrooms) we brought this to their attention a couple times. Matinence did come to look at it and we were told that the AC company would need to fix it. No one ever came to fix our AC, but the office did give us a portable AC unit while we waited. No one ever came haha. Made our electric bill skyrocket, but at lease it wasnt 85 degrees in one of the rooms. Our AC still hasnt been fixed but so far that has been the only issue we have had. Still would recomend living here!

I've lived here an entire year and they have never once fixed the computers/printer. Don't believe them when they tell you about the computer lab and free printing, it is a lie.

I lived here recently and it is a great place to live. The ammenities are excellent, the pools and spa are kept nice and clear, and the office folks do a great job. The property manager and maintenance team are solid and responsive. It is in a great location and anyone who needs a quiet place to live should definately check it out.

Fairways at Raccoon Creek is our second home here in Colorado, and by far a marked improvement in quality, care, and communication! We love our clean, open, bright apartment that truly feels like home. Since moving in, we've quickly come to enjoy Monday night Food Trucks and have met some neighbors there. I've yet to dip my toe in the hot tub (open year round) but love watching the steam in the mornings when going for early morning work outs at the fitness center, which is stocked with my fave - a rowing machine! We appreciate the friendliness and communication with our leasing office staff, and look forward to getting to know them better! I've selected 4 out of 5 stars due to the high cost of living, loud street noise, and (very) drafty windows. Overall, we are very happy in this home.
