Apartments are nice enough but many issues. Management is very non responsive to all matter and often direct residents to contact another party, who in turn passes the buck. Alternately, they sometimes simply ignore emails and phone call follow ups regarding issues. Tenants seem to consist largely of entitled college student who have no consideration that others are sleeping at 2am while they are shouting and partying. Residents don’t seem to pick up after their dogs, as the property is heavily littered with dog feces which one can smell in warm days. Again, the property is decent but far from being worth the cost ($1800-$2500+/month).

The current state of the “resort style pool” (as they call it) is abysmal. I used to enjoy this community area quite often before Graystar took over. Now I won’t even get in the pool or hot tub (if it would ever actually work) I’ve voiced my opinion through email and in person to no avail. Mgmt couldn’t care less and told me “it was just cleaned today!” Photos added are of a freshly cleaned and maintained “resort style pool” area.

The staff and maintenance have been very helpful with the transition of ownership. I appreciate the communication efforts they put forth through this transitional period. Maintenance has gone above and beyond to answer service requests and help in anyway they can. They all are friendly and very professional. Monty has been especially helpful with maintenance requests and is very knowledgable. They all seem to be working very hard to make this transition as smooth as possible! I would recommend Prosper Place to anyone looking for a great community to live!

Loved living here until Greystar took over management. The front desk is impossible to get ahold of. They do not respond to emails and they never answer the phone. I was told that the number you find online isn't working properly, but it does not seem like they have made any effort to amend this. The year round pool has been closed and they let the pool freeze over. If a package gets delivered to the front office, good luck getting it from them. Not to mention we are now being charged $5 to have guests park on property after 7pm. There has never been a day where parking was difficult to find on property, they are just a money hungry corporation. I have never lived at a place with such horrible customer service and lack of care for the residents. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the apartments are fairly nice.
