I have lived here several years as I appreciate the location. 5 minutes to work 1 hour to skiing. The on-site management has been very good. Greystar, the actual property management company has made IMHO several operational decisions that are frustrating to say the least. The new payment portal is awkward to use and the insurance verification system is absolutely the worse.

Our family moved into outlook apartments about three years ago and they were ran by a different and much better management company, definitely not greystar. The first year and a half was fine, no issues with anything. Once they switch over to greystar, it became a mess. I’ll start out by saying that these apartments are cheaply built, if you sneeze too loud you’re probably going to get a complaint. The neighbors love to call security over the smallest things, it’s definitely their favorite pass time. We finally moved out, and we were getting settled into our new apartment and moving things over from the old apartment. One of our cars was parked in a guest parking spot in front of the office for a short period of time while we were getting situated, keep in mind that this car belongs to a disabled person, but they couldn’t care less, and they didn’t bother to call the person that was on the lease at this apartment and proceeded to tow our car. I will mention again that we were parked in a guest parking spot. The amount of times I have seen cars parked in guest spots for over a week has been unbelievable, and they decide to tow are car after two days. Just like another review said, it’s too hard for them to be decent human beings. This apartment complex does not care about their tenets at all, regardless if you’re a good one. We were always on time with every payment and they treated us so poorly. They are very rude and narrow minded. If you are planning on living here, I strongly recommend that you read the entire lease agreement. I would never recommend this place, there are plenty of apartment complexes out there and even near by that care about their tenets and not just the money. And before they claim that “they can’t find me on their records of living here”, I have proof.

When first coming to Outlook Littleton my experience was not the best. It took over 2 weeks for an electronic key to be made which ended with me getting locked out of my building at night twice. I was given a regular key and the front door automatic locks were cut off but it seemed like maintenance locked the door again not realizing it was locking me out completely. There were a few maintenance issues that never got fixed but were minor so I never pushed more than a few times. An upstairs neighbor through cigarette butts on the ground outside directly in front of my ground floor unit for around 6 months with me making several complaints without anything ever getting done. If it werent for the new management taking over I would not be making this review even 4 stars. Once they took over I already had a bad attitude with the office because of all the little things that happened. Despite me coming in with a bad attitude and not being as patient as I should the new management let me know that they were unaware of the things that had happened with the previous management watch but that they would take care of it immediately. I walked out thinking that nothing would get done just like every other time but I am happy to say that within the day there was a letter on every door in my building stating that all tenants must follow applicable law and littering would not be tolerated and would end in hefty fines if it continued. After that I never had another problem. They also took care of many other issues I had from before and were wonderful from that point on. I would give the Current Outlook Littleton management a 5 star rating but I have to balance that with the 1 star service I received from the original owners.

This apartment complex pays a company to boot your visitor's cars. Our son was visiting a friend that lives there. His car was parked at the club house for an hour and a half and they booted his car. Now they want $350 to remove the boot. Read all the reviews for Parkitright, the company that booted our son's car, they are not a pleasant company to deal with. Think twice before moving to this apartment complex.
