I went in to get a simple French tip. They were rushed and after the nude coating was done I noticed it was really streaky and a hair was stuck in one. I said something politely, and In return the man told me to leave, with unfinished nails, very sticky because there was no topcoat on the gel. I left crying and when I got to my car they already had hairs and dirt stuck on them and they were awful. I wanted my nails done for a trip and there was no way another place would get me in, as it was already 6 pm. I went back in and expressed how terribly I was treated. I’ve never been told to leave without my nails done, humiliated in front of the whole salon. I should be able to get my nails done and say something if I’m not happy, as that is part of the service industry. When I went back in the others working offered to fix them so I got them fixed after having to wait another 30 minutes. 2+ hours later I finally had my nails done. Worst nail salon experience of my ENTIRE life.
