Are we able to fish these lakes. And if so I'm the angler who picks up trash from others and never leave any..

There are specific areas posted on Equalizer Lake where you can fish. Fishing in those areas is strictly from the shore. At present the water level is very low, the runoff water should fill the ponds very soon. Anyone who enters the low water area now is trespassing and the Environmental Center, who is responsible for the natural area has started uniformed patrols.
