I got a sign printed and there was a scratch across my name and he says that normal and then the edges of the sign were peeling up so I asked him if he could make me another one that didn't have a scratch across my name and the film peeling off he said no I will give you a refund I don't need customer like you looking at everything. I said ok give me a refund and now he wont give me one
