I have been here now half dozen times. It’s a great place to go for a run, bike, or a swim. Just get there early to secure a parking spot. We went into the water for the first time, the water felt great as it’s fairly warm in June. For swimming, I find north beach to be a better place.

This was the first beach we went to when staying at the Pullman. It was clean and the views are amazing. This was the first time I've seen the ocean as well. The sunset from here is heavenly. Parking is free.

Never too crowded, very nice beach and free parking (recommend going early just in case)

Beautiful white sand beach, but it’s just a small strip of beach next to a strip of parking. Lots of people beaching it up. Even more people jogging, cycling, and otherwise exercising. Miami in general has tons of people exercising outdoors. It’s definitely clean and classy. No seashells. As far as a beach goes, overall hobie island isn’t that wonderful. Lots of better options nearby.

If you cross the avenue you have a good restaurant where you can eat whatever you want and an excellent view of the sea and the marinas that you have around 😉
Yes, they have very good restrooms on the beach.
Your best bet is Miami Beach
NO! That breed is illegal in Dade County, your dog can be siezed and put down.
The weather was great today nice and warm and lots of people and the water was warm and saw dolphins
They are on the side and center of the park
That's a good question depends on which area your start swimming from
Well it’s a public dog beach so if you don’t mind dogs running through your wedding, then sure, go for it!
I believe it's any time every day. Haulover beach is the one with specific times.
You do not have to pay, parking is free
I believe its free. Never seen anyone pay for that. But there is a toll. Pay by plate.
Yes, in a way...but it's seen mostly along the old bridge, or under the bridges.
Not on the sand but the parking lot is basically on the beach. I reccomend the area just beyond the bridge near the white trailer bathrooms. The water usually has less seaweed there.
the park is open.. dogs also allowed. just check on the timings again
No, there are no signals about that. When I was there people has their dogs free....
There are signs that read the beach closes at Sunset. Sometimes the Police close it and sometimes they don't. However, there is a small area near the restrooms that remains open but very limited parking. Just have a plan B in case its one of the nights they decide to close. Otherwise, enjoy your 4th on Hobie Beach.
from hot dog/arepas stand, to a bar across the street, to fancy restaurant also across the street, to pizza, subway, Latin restaurants in key biscayne.
Hi Kalie! There are both services.
No, you cannot barbeque at this park
Yes🙂
No they have food carts.great restaurants a cross the causeway rusty pelican and whiskey joe
Unfortunately the beach park closes after sunset. You can still fish off the old bridge but no overnight camping unless you plan to sleep in your car. There is some public parking for the people using the old bridge.
