This park has a playground and basketball court for the kids, a good after-school care program for ages 12-14, and have shelter rentals.

It depends on how much space you want,I had the large room with sink area, 9 years ago it was $150.00,you have to book online
I believe you could, as when you go in, they don't bother you beyond that point, and a cooler wouldn't be bothersome

No. The office is closed but the park is free to be roamed.
I'm sure it is. As far as having like a bar b que or setting up a post on the park, I'm not sure about that. Most people do it and the police don't bother them, but yes the park is open.
