Initially left 5 stars few months into service, came back to change to 1 because of services since. - Communication with these guys is near non-existent.

Our town switched to prairie land last year and what an improvement over waste management. One free bulk item within limits weekly, composting available, yard debris, and responsive and professional customer service. I mean, who reviews the garbage collection agency your town uses? I do when they collect my food scraps and pet waste, take a sofa, and always answer the phone within business hours. Thank you, Prarie land.

Was supposed to be on your regular pickup day this week (3/25-3/29) my pickup day was today and the e-waste is still sitting there. What gives??
Why wouldn't it be curbside. Four to five feet apart??

In most towns you get 1 large item a week, they should take one and leave the other but would pick up the other one the following week, or you could have them take the one for free and pay to have them take the other one if you don't want to wait.
Probably best to check your town's website.

Monday was a holiday. There's no pickup on holidays.
Go to the address listed and ask in the office. They might have you directly put it out back. My laptops were received inside.
No appointment but go to entrance and they will open the gate for you to enter and drop off

Can't answer that I have never used a dumpster and don't know how long your are allowed to keep it. They would most likely be able to answer your question. But I have been very satisfied with their service.
If they have the Holiday off the pickup will be the day after they normal pickup day. You can check on their web site for their holiday schedule.
Garbage pickup is always the following day if your pickup day falls on a holiday and this usually pushes all other routes back a day as well.
